Notice and apology: e-mail delivery problem (contact forms and licence authentication notices)
Published 8 October 2026
Thank you for using our products.
Outgoing e-mail from our server was restricted for a period of time. As a result,
messages sent from the forms on our website did not reach us, and floating licence
authentication notices did not reach our customers.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
- Period
- Around 15 September 2026 – 8 October 2026
- What was affected
-
(1) The forms on our website
(Contact, password reissue request, support after purchase, user registration and changes)
Messages sent from these forms did not reach us, so we were unable to reply.
(2) Floating licence authentication notices
The notification e-mail sent to customers when a licence is authenticated did not arrive.
Licence authentication itself completed normally.
Only the notification e-mail was affected, and there is no impact on the use of your licence.
- Cause
-
Outgoing e-mail from our server became restricted as a side effect of
security testing carried out by us.
- Current status
- Resolved. Both are working normally again.
If you contacted us through a form during this period
Messages sent from our forms during the period above did not reach us, so you will
not have received a reply from us.
We are very sorry for the trouble, but please contact us again at the address below.

put measures in place to detect delivery problems early.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience.
